Want to Add More Creativity into Your Coaching?

by Laura West

What a fun week it’s been! I have been doing a lot of writing… creating some new programs and a new website(!), which is exciting. I can’t wait to share more with you!

I’m heading out later this evening to attend an Enneagram workshop that runs tonight and tomorrow. I’ve been coaching for a long time, and I’m always looking for creative tools and processes to add to my coaching so that I can go deeper, and help my clients experience greater shifts and transformation so they step into the leader they are meant to be… and create the results they desire in their business and life.

I’m leading a webinar next week: How to add more creativity into your coaching!

It’s complimentary and you are invited!

I’ll be sharing how to bring more creativity into your coaching business for greater engagement, insights and breakthroughs with your clients. I’ll share some cool tools, new skills and techniques to expand your coaching range.

This webinar is sponsored by CoachingWebsites.com. I’m pleased to be their featured speaker this month.

Would you like to join me on the webinar? Here’s where you can sign up!

I’m already excited about what’s possible when you wake up your coaching!

Client Retreat with Elaine Alpert

Client Retreat with Elaine AlpertI love days with my clients! There is always this deep magic that unfolds throughout the day.

We focused on Elaine Alpert’s Mindpeace Miracles non-profit, streamlining current programs and exploring her new art + writing + healing + coaching program for moms surviving loss through suicide.

It’s going to be so powerful and it’s so needed. Oh and we focused on marketing essentials, her new podcast and fundraising opportunities and a powerful mindset to support her *shine*.

Wow what a day! I love what I get to do!

New Client KitOne of the things I learned early on in my coaching business (coming up on 18 years!!) is that systems are your friend!

I know you got into your business because you were so excited and passionate about what you do. But not as excited about all the paperwork behind the scenes.

The business stuff can be pretty overwhelming. Payment agreements, contracts, coaching plans, notes and other details can make you feel like you’re reinventing the wheel every time you land a new client. That’s way more stressful than it should be.

The best way to avoid all that hassle is to automate and systematize as soon as possible, and that starts with a copy and paste new client template you can simply tweak and send.

For a new client package, you’ll want to include (at a minimum):

  • A welcome letter
  • Your payment agreement
  • An intake form
  • A confidentiality agreement
  • Your invoice

Then, as your relationship continues, you’ll have other documents to add, such as your call notes, goals, reviews, and other information. It’s a lot to develop from scratch.

I’m so excited that I found a solution to make this easier for you!

My friends Nicole Dean and Melissa Ingold of Coach Glue have stepped up and created a complete done-for-you resource. It includes 17 rebrandable forms and documents you can put to work in your business right now, and they’re giving it away for FREE.

Click here to check it out.

And the best part? Because it’s fully customizable, you’re encouraged to edit every piece to fit your unique business.

That’s smart marketing!
