1. When will I receive my Joyful Business Guide™ system?

As soon as your online order is confirmed then it immediately goes to our Joyful Business Guide fulfilment center where they custom print and assemble your order. For U.S. and Canada orders you should expect your system in about 10 - 14 days. International orders will typically take 14 - 25 days.

2. Why don't you just have them on the shelf and ready to go?

Custom printing allows us to make any last minute and up-to-date changes. That way we aren't stuck with a lot of product that is out dated as our system continues to evolve.

3. How will my system be shipped?

We use UPS or US Postal Service to ensure timely delivery and safe handling and depending on the most efficient method. You can contact our support team to inquiry about delivery questions with our contact form.

4. What should I expect after I order?

You will receive an email from confirming your order and adding you to the "Creating Your Joyful Business" newseletter. You will also be included in the circle of Joyful Business Guide owners and you will start receiving support materials and announcements for the next Business Attraction teleclass - which is included as part of the support package for your Joyful Business Guide.

5. How do I access the worksheets and Joyful Business Resources online?

Once you order we'll send you an email with your private access information for our online Client Resource Center. There you will be able to download additional worksheets, special additions, and our Joyful Business Roledex.
