It truly breaks my heart to hear stories (I read them everyday in your emails and hear them on our calls) of struggle, of feeling unsure about what to do next, and of whether you can handle the success that would come your way when your business dreams really come true.
All this worry and overwhelm - it's not necessary. The struggle is 100% optional.
I know this firsthand. My first 5 years in business as a coach I chose struggle. Working with individual clients I made $24,000. Not only was it embarrassing, but when I got divorced, it was downright scary. What I realized was that I hadn’t really committed. I hadn’t really committed to my business success. I was afraid if I stepped fully into my business dream, then I would be consumed and not be there for my boys… not enjoy my life that it would be all about business.
One day, after looking at my financial projection for the year and realizing it was up to a whopping $40,000, I knew that something had to change. I couldn’t keep running my business the same way and expect bigger success. I also knew – I was absolutely committed to success with ease, joy, magic and time to enjoy my life.
I didn’t see a lot of other women entrepreneur mentors out there who were modeling this. So, I decided to learn what I could from them and do it my way to become the mentor I wanted to see. Growth with grace, ease and magic.
The magic part is about a fully integrated model of being and doing business. It’s about law of attraction, managing your energy and your mindset, along with smart marketing and business systems.
Commitment is powerful. Once I committed and let the universe know what I absolutely wanted – a business which changed lives, expressed my creativity AND made great money…. all the while supporting (not taking away from) my life and family. Everything shifted.
One of my life-long secret dreams was to have a little red convertible (ever since I used to watch Laura on Remington Steele on tv when I was in my 20’s). Now I have the fun convertible… and it brings me and my husband joy just driving it up the street to Whole Foods or to run one of my boys over to a friend’s house. I also have a multi-six-figure business that is growing in the numbers of women’s lives I touch as well as the number in my bank account. That brings me great joy. It’s from this inner place of commitment, grace and groundedness that the miracles, synchronicities and inspired action are born.

I was first attracted to working with Laura after we had a conversation over lunch. I realized I had so many ideas and visions swimming in my head but they weren’t going anywhere because I was overwhelmed by where to start first. Several years ago, I created the Joyful Business Guide™ system, which combines the power of attraction principles with smart business strategies. It grew out of what *I* needed in my business. What is the focus of the workshop?
We will be focusing on “Growth with Grace,” using your wisdom from your Inner Business Goddess as a theme throughout the three days of the workshop. This is the new wave of business – honoring your inner wisdom with smart outer actions. I know you want to grow your business while enjoying your lifestyle, family, travel, taking care of aging parents and taking take of yourself. Growth and financial success are important, and we can “grow with grace” so we don’t miss our life!
What is the timeline for the workshop so I can make flight arrangements?
The workshop will start at 8am with a continental breakfast included with your workshop investment. As of this moment, I’m expecting the hours of the workshop to be 8:30 – 6pm the first two days and then 8:30 – 2pm the 3rd day to allow some people to fly out that afternoon and others who want to stay to enjoy the boardwalk and oceanfront for the rest of the afternoon/weekend.
What about travel arrangements? What do I need to know?
We are staying at a beautiful, inspiring hotel on the oceanfront boardwalk on the Atlantic Ocean. I believe that beauty inspires us to be our best selves and step into our potential. We have secured a great rate for this beautiful hotel at $169 a night. You can even stay over the weekend and enjoy the ocean and walking on the boardwalk and really let your transformation soak in! What about food? I like to know what to expect!
We are including a delicious continental breakfast each morning for all workshop participants along with nice afternoon refreshments on the two full days. We are planning on having full days of being together and want to make sure you are nourished!
There is a wonderful restaurant in the hotel – with terrific salads, sandwiches and seafood! There are also numerous hotels and dining spots all along the boardwalk at various price points for dinner.
